I’m passionate about helping people to live fulfilled lives and reach their goals. To achieve this, I draw on techniques from Psychology, Philosophy and a host of other disciplines and life experiences, to provide a bespoke service that focuses on each client's individual needs.
I have a background in nutrition, personal training, and other areas of life management including being a trained stop-smoking advisor and having taught the neuroscience of sleep and addiction for over 25 years, I’m particularly interested in the role that physical differences and conditions play in mental health and well-being.
